I,ve been using Dr. Scholls Foot Spray for quite a few years now.
Here lately I keep getting cans that will not work. Let me clarify. These are pressurized spray cans. There's pressure and product in them, however as soon as I start spraying, they stop.
Like the nozzle freezes up or something. This has happened in the past once in a while, but now I have 4 cans that I have bought consecutively sitting on my dresser that are useless. Sure I could just switch to another product but maybe I liked this one. What burns my *** is corporations just don't give a *** anymore and we the consumer are the ones who get burned.
Where's the quality control. Where's the accountability. This rant is initially intended for the company. I hope they read it and start caring about their customers before karma bites them in the *** or enough customers get fed up and they go out of buisness.
That's the only power we have people. They don't care until they see their numbers start dipping. This used to be a much better country.
Preferred solution: FIX THE PROBLEM. Start caring about the people you make money from.
User's recommendation: quit buying in large numbers. we all know "customer service" is a joke

Verified Reviewer | Detroit, MichiganCannot get thru to customer service to make a return!
User's recommendation: Don’t buy from them
Difficult to return.
User's recommendation: Unless, you know you love the shoe, it’s difficult to return.
Not comfortable, and would not exchange or return. They hurt my ankles.
Purchased shoes that were terribly uncomfortable, hurt my ankles they would not exchange or help in anyway. Because they were final sale..
Im informing: that all shoes are not comfortable or that this company cares they will not bend the rules for even a customer who purchases other shoes there, so I unsubscribed never buy from them again plenty of other shoe stores!
I gave her the heads up over the phone she didnt care! I am a business owner also, but I will bend the rules once for a customer and say please dont ask me to do it again and they wont but they come back and they love my loyalty to them that I was willing to go the extra mile!
User's recommendation: Don’t trust us is a comfortable and they will not back that if you purchase shoes that are final sell your stock, no matter what you won’t waste your money!
Purchase shoes, final sale would not let me exchange or anything. Shoes hurt terribly my ankles.
User's recommendation: I would tell them not all the shoes are comfortable as they proclaim, and if you buy a pair of final sale, they will not exchange or anything you’re stuck. Don’t trust all the shoes do not buy final sale shoes they will not help you or work with you.

In 1984, Schering-Plough sold the global brand and non-North American operations to European Home Products, who today as SSL International continue to manufacture footwear and foot care products distributed under the Scholl brand. Most places don’t take shoes back after they have been worn and are not able to be sold. Don’t be so cheap.
