Update medical records
Scholl's tennis shoes purchased at Big 5. After attempt to return tennis shoe with store manager he declined even with purchase receipt. I attempted to wear the shoes. Within a short time damage to my right foot occurred. Was told by Dr Scholl's representative we would help and reimbursement for Doctor visits and treatment. Pain has progressed causing daily pain in walking around the block. MRI has revealed arthritis which causes me to lose balance walking. My foot turns inward causing me to hobble and drag injured leg. It has progressed to my lower back revealed by MRI. Was referred to back surgery for nerve damage. More doctors appointment's already scheduled. Please let me know if you need doctors direct contact information.

Keep a copy of all receipts and shipping documentation in case of no action after delivery of inserts and original purchase receipt .

Order says completed , never got it
I put an order in for almost $90 ( two pairs of shoes) and the tracking says “completed “, but I never got them and when I emailed to find out about it, I never got a call. I also called their customer service number and it just has a fast busy tone. So upset! I’m out $90 before the holidays and no merchandise !!

Terrible product
scholls orthotics are so uncomfortable and to get refund you have to pay for any shipping back to them because you cannot return to store

Don’t buy
Their customer service is terrible! I bought some expensive wedges and my puppy chewed them me heel after wearing them only I asked if they could help me and they said no! No more Dr Scholl’s for me

Bottom outsole falls apart in 3 days
Very comfortable shoes but it last 3 days. Both shoes got totally open at the bottom outsole: they seem have never had a glue at all. Very strange !. It could have been a good option. Something is very wrong in this company, no manager, no quality control . And it is not an isolate nor new situation as I see in a lot of claims ant other reviews

The customer service rep had no idea what i was talking about. did not have any familiarity with your products. Had no idea what moleskin was.
I called to find out if your company still makes the original moleskin pads WITHOUT PADDING. I can not find them anywhere and the padding is very uncomfortable and makes shoes tighter. Generics don't stay on which is why i like yours the best...but do they still exist??? CS rep had no idea what moleskins are. They need to be educated on products. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing communication.

Sore feet
I have been buying your non slip foot wear for 15 years,The last 3 pairs of your wendy’s Have been so uncomfortable,they have left blisters on the bottom of my feet on the outer edge.It seems like the insole in not wide enough and leaves a ridge that rudders it sore.I wear them 5 days a week for 8 hours a day and I have to buy they every 6months.I ‘am not one to complain to companies,just wish the insole was the same size as the inside of the shoe.

Didn't get my rebate--said it was sent and it wasn't
Three months went buy...good thing I keep track of submittals manually and online. I called and the center SAID they sent out a rebate. They did not. They lied right to me about it...good thing I called and didn't meet them face to face otherwise, I would have told them off. You may want to document it both manually and online and keep the 800# handy. I am sure you'll be HAVING to call them like I did. It's a shame. In this day and age, you can't rely on anyone that's suppose to thank you as an incentive for buying their product.

You could might try this, when shipping, drop them off at a mail dropbox and do not put your address as the return address, put their address in both the "To" and "From" and don't put any postage on it. This way they have to pay to get their package.
