The rebate program seems to be a scam just to get you to buy an overpriced product. There are two of us in the household.

We each separately submitted the form and receipts for our insoles the day we purchased them. I received my rebate but not the other. When called the girl stated they don't honor 'group' submissions.

However their FAQ states: "you may submit up to 4 rebates for each individual, family, or street address within allowable timeframe." I explained this rule in their FAQ to her and she said her 'manager' will honor it this time.

The promised rebate has not come as the customer service girl stated and no one calls me back. The sad thing is that the 'customized' machine that suggests an insole is flawed and has caused knee stress so they can't be used.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Dr Scholls shoe inserts stank so bad, my family and I were sickened by the chemical odor. Formaldehyde?

ANother toxic defective product made in China?

Watch out. Scholls is cheap *** they are impossible to reach, their representatives are totally reading canned scripts and wont help and the money back guarantee is a scam.
