Bought Dr Scholl's orthodic shoe inserts using kiosk that measures your foot. Paid $55 with promise of $10 rebate.

(Inserts work OK but got a different pair for $8 and they work just as well) Had seen online that others had problems of rebate not being honored so very carefully made sure that I included all required items when mailing in rebate. Took over 2 months and then got postcard in the mail saying the rebate could not be processed because "the UPC code was not included or the original UPC code was not included".

I know I included the original UPC code. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE - THE REBATE IS A GIMMICK TO GET YOU TO BUY THE INSERTS AND THEN THEY DENY THE REBATE!

Reason of review: failure to honor rebate.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Mailed all required items for $10 rebate on Dec. 29, 2015.

Have received nothing. Today is March 27,2016.

I have sent my original receipts in Nov2015 for rebate and did not still get my rebate. Its march 2016.

Called them "n" number of times in between and always the answer is it takes 6 to 8 weeks for processing. It went into processing on Jan 6th.

They said 6 to 8 weeks from Jan 6th. I called to day after 8 weeks and the answer is still the same..More 2 weeks...I am skeptical if they would give the rebate back at all !!!

The same happened to me - not getting my Dr. Scholls rebate after repeatedly requesting it and being attacked by the staff at Bayer Healthcare LLC when repeatedly requesting it.

I never received my rebate either. I submitted everything just as required and 3 months later haven't heard anything. It's only $10 but probably would've been a deal breaker seeing as I've used other inserts that work just as well and were cheaper.

Same experience, no card, and had an acknowledgement that they had everything needed and were processing this has gone on for 4 months with numerous calls to them. This is false advertising and fraudulent misrepresentation...

I won't was any more time trying to talk with Dr Scholls nor Bayer and will no longer buy any of their products... sad worked in Pharmacy for years and never remember the likes of this.

01/26/2016: The telephone number for the Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit Inserts at Beyer HealthCare is 1-80*-***-****.

I contacted them today regarding my two insert Rebates submitted on 10/30/15 and found them to be in process for payment by the end of this month. The young lady (Robin) was polite, helpful, professional, and business-like.

If you need any follow-up on your rebates, you should start here for resolution.

Same here. Bought the inserts at Walmart on 2 November 2015 and as of January 7, no check.

I used their rebate form and provided exactly what they requested. I kept a copy of my submission and have reviewed it. Unfortunately unlike most rebate offers, they do not provide a phone or website to follow-up with. I am going to contact Scholl's directly for an explanation.

I have never had a rebate refused. Good luck to all!

I was wondering what was going on with my rebate. I sent in all my stuff on 8/17/15.

It's been 30 days beyond the time I should have received a check. I, also, thought it was interesting that they didn't include a place to contact them about it. My family buys a lot of different types of Dr. Scholl's items.

Guess we'll have to boycott them. I'll try to remember to update my status regarding any communications or check I get.

Mailed complete rebate forms, including everything as specified on the rebate form, on 7-31-15. As of today, 11-14-15 I still haven't received my rebate. I kept a copy of everything I sent, I'm hoping there is something that we can all do to hold this company responsible for following through on their promise of a rebate!

Was wondering where my 10 bucks was . Now I see I'm not the only one .

Pretty convenient that they did not put an email address or phone number on the rebate form for questions as to lost or not received rebate checks . Really discouraging news from a big company.
